Can't make sense of the EU? Get it all explained in under 300 words

A leaflet explaining - in under 300 words - how the European Union is organised is being promoted by London's Liberal Democrat MEP, Baroness Sarah Ludford.

The MEP said:

"Opinion polls have shown that people do not feel that they know much about the EU. These easy-to-read leaflets boil the whole thing down to fewer than 300 words and are an excellent starting point for those wanting to inform themselves about how 'Europe' works on their behalf."
